A fusion of play and cookery demonstration, with two actors playing all the roles in the story of a busy night in the local curry house. They are joined by a chef from The Mango Tree restaurant, Kirkby Stephen, offering a spicy cookery demonstration.

The story of The Chef Show focuses on father and son Abdul and Kamal on a particularly busy night in their rural restaurant. As they struggle to deal with all of the customers ‘out front’, and the staff in the kitchen, they also have to decide on the future of the family business.

Deliciously entertaining!
